Greg Mulyk is a Canadian Composer and Sound Designer specializing in music for visual media. His work includes scores for short and feature length films, including stop-motion animation, and art gallery installations. Mulik’s scores strive to go beyond creating a new set of musical themes and create a musical palette that is both sonically inventive, and intrinsic to the material being seen; to become the essence of the characters and subject itself. His scores feature fusions of traditional acoustic and world instruments with electroacoustic elements, sound design, and often experimentation with his own cupboard of resonant objects and custom sample instruments.
